Terms and Conditions
Booking
Any reservation will become guaranteed after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total stay, carried out by bank transfer or PayPal. The balance will be payable at the departure of the Riad with any extras.
Rates
Our rates include Moroccan breakfast and are on the basis of an occupation of
the room for 2 people.
Our rates are expressed in euros and include VAT 20%. Billing is done in Moroccan
dirham. The adjustment exchange rate is calculated using an average rate of
exchange in the last 6 months.
A municipal tax of 15 dh per night and person is to add to the room rate and tax
tourist promotion of 8 dh per night and person, total 23 dh (2 €). These taxes are
fully re-credited to the municipality of Marrakech and the Tourist Office National
Moroccan.
Payment
The payments will be made in cash (dirham or euro) or by credit card (4% additional charge for CMI (banking Committee).
Cancellation
- 30 days before arrival: the fee of 50 € will be charged.
- Between 8 days and 30 days: 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 8 days before the arrival and no show: 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
